Summary
Buttons don't appear in the recipe book anymore, even if you have the materials in your inventory.
To reproduce, simply have some blocks that can be crafted into buttons in your inventory.

I experience the same issue on mcpe 1.13.0.1 and recently on 1.13.0.2. i realized it when i was trying to make buttons to open my iron doors and just couldn't make any was very confused hope it gets fixed soon
