Ender Dragon can do damage to the entities that it is attacking however with that theres is no massive knockback with it.

Not just the knockback, When she is perching, the ability to Damage and Knockback is missing, her dragons breath attack has no damage at all and you can stand where the dragon is perching even your in her hitbox without being thrown or damage. I Added some Pictures for you can see what he means Knockback/Damage is gone.
