The villagers have there badges wrong with their levels. It starts brown and stays good with the rest of the levels until it reaches expert. I saw images of different ranks with different badges. Please fix!

If you mean villagers having 3 badges (iron, gold and diamond), this issue is fixed in beta 1.13.0.2. This is a duplicate of MCPE-43206.
