[MCPE-4881] Chest UI is late

Chest UI is late.
When I place a chest and touch it the animation plays and then you see the inside of the chest.
This works both single and double chest.

Its actually a feature. If you think it bothers you then fix it yourself

The lag is intended as in MC PC you can see the thing open in the background, while on MCPE the menu fills all of your screen and is quite ugly.
Can't you wait a second? 😛
