When me and my friend we going to the nether, my friend suffocated in a wall the second he traveled to the nether, and lost all of his items as we were unable to locate the items. This has happened one other time to another friend of mine but he fell to his death in an unknown location. On my friend's end, he just saw building terrain and heard himself suffocating, and the game never finished loading, forcing him to restart his game.

I have a problem with the nether taking me ungodly far away without a nether Portal... I enter the portal at coordinates 50, 69, 200 and get to the other side at the exact same coordinates but in the nether
