Top window bar and bottom taskbar show up if the mouse is moved up or down far enough, and the latter still happens even when switched to tablet mode.

It's really quite frustrating, since I can easily accidentally click and open a new program or maybe worse, activate Cortana, and is literally the only thing keeping me from preferring Windows 10 version. Mojang...pls fix.

Since Bedrock Minecraft is a "Universal Windows App", full screen works a bit differently than games that you, for instance, would install via Steam. That means that any thing (not necessarily a game) you install via the Microsoft store that has a full screen mode will act like that.
I don't think Mojang has power over it.
