Cured zombie villagers dont change jobs and give no discounts

I healed many zombie villagers to try this out, they always come with a job and a litle of progress on the trade bar, making it so i can't change their job, and also give no discounts after being healed. I tried this with spawned in zombie villagers aswell as zombie villagers found in the wild. Its a known bug since 1.12 and its still not fixed.
