The realms server reset button doesn't work

When you tap the server reset button, type world name and world seed, and try to create the reset server, it doesn't work. (Resetting from creative to survival)

What I expected to happen was
The server would reset and would be in survival game mode

What actually happened was...:
After tapping reset server, a message appeared, saying, "Server full. Cannot join"

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to a creative realms server that you own
2.Go to reset realm
3. Put in world name and world seed
4. reset server
5. The message will then appear
