My Minecraft player keeps glitching when moving around there is nothing wrong with my phone. it also happens on my other phone as well

It happens randomly. Either spaz-rotate your screen for a while (which may take several attempts of many long strokes), or exit Minecraft, power off your phone, wipe the smudges off with a lightly damp cloth (soft, and water ONLY), and finally letting the device fully cool down before turning back on.
