[MCPE-50868] Custom Blocks/Items & Recipes not working on Realms

Custom Blocks, Custom Items, Custom World Gen, Custom Crafting Recipes and all the recently added features into addons dont seem to be supported in realms.

CUstom Crafting Recipes don't seem to work on regular worlds either. :/

We have replicated this issue too. Our custom item works on a single player bedrock world, but not a realm bedrock world (PC)

I was only able to get custom recipes working in the 1.14 beta AND by turning on experimental features (in single player). Otherwise they seemed to be ignored.
