Snow and tall grass

So this is another bug from a Narnia inspired world concerning snow.

Snow won’t be able to be placed on tall grass blocks so that the grass stands in snow. It’s just empty space around it. But small grass will have snow around it

Also I’ve noticed grass, vines, ect don’t have a frosty texture that they should in the snow biome. Since tree leaves turn a bright white in the snow, grass, vines and vegetation should be at least not so green. This is also an iPad 5th generation.
