[MCPE-5113] Water/Sky is Too Blue/Dark

Water is too blue & same with sky on Survival/Creative You said Tom that it is a bug will you fix this for 0.7.4 I know you already fixed clouds thank you :)The pictures show a better resemblance 🙂 !
