[MCPE-51153] Minecraft BE Beta Stuck On Panoramic Background

When I open Minecraft Bedrock Edition Beta 1.13.0.9 on my Xbox One, it gets stuck only showing the scrolling panoramic background. I've tried closing Minecraft and restarting my Xbox, but it still won't work.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the game fixed it for me👍🏼
