I logged off of Minecraft came back on into the menu to find my skin pack that was just downloaded gone i restart Minecraft and my xbox also redownloading the skin and its not there!

Custom Skin packs are invisible with v 1.13.9 on Windows 10. As you can see in the attached the pack is there but no name or images are visible. (it is a custom pack I built that was working fine with multiple previous versions)
I remove the pack and re-installed it with no errors "Successfully installed..." but still invisible..
