[MCPE-51188] When opening Minecraft beta build 1.13.0.9 it doesn't load

When opening Minecraft, it loads but then it gets stuck on the background screen with the Villagers and doesn't go to the main menu ever.

Bedrock: We are still investigating the issue with Xbox One players on the beta who are crashing and/or have a menu with no options. In the meantime, try uninstalling & reinstalling the app- this may help resolve the issue. - HZ
