[MCPE-5130] Gravel/Sand and Torches.

In Survival and Creative, the Gravel and Sand doesnt drop. When u place a torch under Sand or Gravel, the sand or gravel should drop, like PC version!

Not a duplicate of https://mojang.atlassian.net/browse/MCPE-1682 because that issue is just someone not knowing that gravel and sand falls

Yes its a duplicate because sand/gravel dissappears when falling on torches and other "half" blocks, so it is supposed that gravel/sand has to drop as an item

That issue is talking what it shouldnt occur, and look the latest comments and some users are saying that it have to drop as an item instead of disappearing
