xbox one Minecraft first menu wont appear just shows a moving picture of Minecraft town and I cant go any further so im unable to play the game at all this has been happening since last week

Bedrock: We are still investigating the issue with Xbox One players on the beta who are crashing and/or have a menu with no options. In the meantime, try uninstalling & reinstalling the app- this may help resolve the issue. - HZ
