When using a dispenser to pick up water with a bucket, it shoots out a bucket instead of grabbing the source block in-front of it.
This only appears to happen on superflat worlds.

I can confirm that this is present in Win 10 v1.14.60

I can confirm that I am using dispensers and not droppers.
This mechanism works fine in the current latest java game v1.15.2
When I build this in Win10, the mechanism only functions properly when the dispenser is at the top block of the bubble column.
But if the dispenser is in the middle of the bubble column (with an empty bucket), it spits out the bucket when activated
Is this still an issue in 1.14? If so, can you please provide a screenshot of the setup?
