[MCPE-5278] Chatting

When chatting a message the whole message doesn't all come out. Example:
<Tristan Esterak> Hey everyone. Hey can we start collecting wood for tools.
This is what happens...<Tristan Esterak> Hey everyone. Hey can we start co and it stops in the middle of the message. It doesn't let you type all of the message. Try typing a message that alittle long it's not all coming out.

confirmed on 0.7.5 - android

we've all become accustomed to breaking up our sentences, but it'd be nice if we didn't have to do that!

also, server messages are often too long and simply get truncated.
