[MCPE-52792] MINECON 2016 skin pack

Well , i had a MINECON 2016 skin pack (pack with caped alex and steve) and it's just disappeared , just from no sigh where did it go

The skin pack is only present on Android, because it was given out before the marketplace released, and for no reason was never added to the marketplace.

This bug gets reported regularly and it's shameful nothing is being done, as it's such an easy fix.
