[MCPE-5291] Local multiplayer bug

Cannot connect to local servers.

What I expected to happen was...:
Join my freinds world

What actually happened was...:
Nothing

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try and join a local server

His world would not show up on my ipod we have tride multiple wifi sorces

Not enough explanation.

We cant conect to each other via LAN ower servers while we are on the same wifi source

Cleaning up old issues, please reply if affecting 0.9.3
