idk what is happening, but everytime I try to connect on my Xbox account, only a green screen appears loading and after some seconds, it says: "Something went wrong. Try again or try on Xbox.com", and even trying again, the error persists. When I click in "OK", a box appears saying: "We tried to connect you to your Microsoft account, but something went wrong."
Anyone can help me to solve this, please?
it seems that my problem is solved. When I turn to the mobile connection instead of Wi-Fi, the Xbox account finally sign-in! 🙂
