this is day three where i cant access, replace, download, reset, load backup, or remove realm. this is happening to several dozen if not more realm owners. this NEEDS to be addressed.

Happened to me before, it occurs after I close the realm and attempt to open it again. Happens for hours and even days before I can finally access the realm.
