I am unable to download my previous realm world and it keeps saying failed

I am trying to download my realm world so I can transfer it to a new realm but the download is failing and coming up with this screen saying the download size is 0mb and has 0mb done

Any luck? Still having issues with this on my switch. My realms is expired already and I don’t want to pay more money just to play on my world.
