I turn left, split second later Steve turns left. I turn right, split second later Steve turns right. Its enough to mess me up when I'm fighting someone or trying to save myself with blocks. I was flying through a nether tunnel and I just couldn't stop crashing into everything because whenever I rounded a bend and saw the next turn the input lag wouldn't let me take it.
