Particle Command Doesn't Work

This bug prevents the /particle command from working. None of the parameters do anything

As a side note, I'm well aware this post will end up being marked as a duplicate of MCPE-41468, but I need to address things first. This bug, as listed by 41468, affects Nintendo Switch. It actually affects all MCPE platforms. On top of that, it has been completely ignored since 1.9, and perhaps even earlier. I'd like to ask this be moved up in importance. It may not be game breaking, but having it in the game and not usable makes no sense
