Found that spawners dont have mobs anymore, it did have a spider before the 1.13 update. It is showing white lines similar to the enchanting table, just lines and dots instead of the symbols. It is still spawing spiders.

Found what was creating the issue, its not the 1.13 update. Its actually the combination of an addon and the update. When i toke off the addon everything was working again.
