[MCPE-5593] if you go underwater and look up at the sun has an orange ring around it

to see the sun normally

What actually happened was...:
I saw a orange ring around the sun

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go underwater
2. Look at the sun
3. and observe

Works as intended.

I don't think they intended for the sun to do that it should only do it at sunset.

It also happens under lava,in creative.
