[MCPE-5763] Random Strips of Color and Other Visual Issues

Random strips of light appeared on my screen and constantly adjusted when I moved. Random textures randomly display, stretched out, and fake blocks appear in random places.

This was the inventory that did weird things. I think this is fixed.
