D-Pad and Chat button are useable but do not appear sometimes, wrong description for powered rails and extreme brightness at the moment of breaking blocks

When in the game sometimes the d-pad and chat button will disappear while still being useable, and after sometime reappear; the powered rails on the crafting gui do not show the correct description; when breaking blocks in survival they will glow intensely until broken.
