Fire on the torch appear huge and slowly decreases until it disappears with passing time. It happens only on a particular time of minecraft day night cycle. It doesn't happen with every torch!!
Also Weirdly affecting chest interface and causing it to freeze. Player can be moved.
Can confirm, caused by lags or freeze on the recent beta. Tested on another device OPPO F7
