[MCPE-5807] TNT Crash

If too many TNT blocks are lit at once, the Minecraft Pocket Edition app will crash. World seems to load and render properly after crash.

This is definitely normal as tnt explosion are resource hungry. Try exploding the tnt in pc version and it'll lag too. Therefore, not a bug.

LOL I said it because I tested using TONS AND TONS of TNT on survival on my Realm actually, and all was well. There is something wrong with it in 0.8.0 creative.... Possibly too many particles?
