Looking Straight down while moving in Creative will cause player to move in wrong direction.

Exactly as the title states. when looking straight down while attempting to move forward, I move right instead. right is back, back is diagonally forward or something like that. Furthermore, this will affect the placement of directional redstone components such as comparators and repeaters, which will sometimes place at right angles to my line of sight.

Not exactly sure which version I'm using. I know it's 1.13, but I don't know if it's the latest
