[MCPE-58093] Wither skeletons almost never spawn.

I went to my wither skeleton farm on a realm to farm some wither skulls. I found almost no wither skeletons that spawned and I thought that the spawnrate was bugged.

(spanish) Exactamente. Intento reunir calaveras para hacer un wither, pero voy a una fortaleza y no aparecen los esqueletos wither. He visitado 2 fortalezas y pasa que me acabo los esqueletos y ya no aparecen.
