Issue with movement in the new 1.13 update

So when i play bedrock minecraft, no matter if i use the touch screen controls or a keyboard like i have been recently, there is a weird thing that happens when i look down. When i look down sometime, more often than never,  the controls become really weird, like lets say im facing east but looking down as much as you can, well it thinks im facing lets say south east or south, changing my controls so when i move forward i go diagonal or sideways, same problem for left right, backward, the whole thing is effected.
