I log in, I was not at the same place that I had log out (was 1 floor up) and there was 2 huge hole on the chunk next to me, going all the way down to the void.
Dogs, cats, and horses are gone, all my enchanted books and armors and gears and my stored crops. Half my base is gone. Underground farm and slime farm, GONE. And my inventory was empty as well. Even torches spread around vanished.
BUT there was areas that I started to dig, that got filed up. And other blocks appearing where it used to be my base.
How? Just how?
We paid for the game, you do remember, right?

Try restarting world. Did that help? Can you walk on them?

I tried everything. No fix at all.
The chunk hole goes all the way to the void.
If I fall I die!
And I don't know how to roll back a previous save.

It sounds like something went wrong during auto-save of your world. Did your PC or minecraft crash last time you started your world? or anything unusual?
