[MCPE-58420] Dispenser Bone Mealing into Grass Crashes game 9/10 times

1. Place dispenser, fill with bone meal

2. Place several grass blocks beside dispenser

3. activate dispenser via redstone torch

4. Crash. Multiple worlds, multiple times - result is the same.
