Parrots are intended to imitate the sounds of other mobs in the game.
We're actually already tracking this report under MCPE-46606 so I've requested this report be resolved and linked as a duplicate.

That ticket has already been resolved, which means this is not considered a bug and won't be fixed. Please do not leave a comment on the linked ticket.
