[MCPE-59145] I lost all of my custom skins and tokens

I made a purchase on my playstation account and bought some tokens to make my custom skin. The next day my skins get reset and I have to remake them. Upon this occuring, I had lost all of my tokens as well. I tried restarting the application but I can not make it past the loading screen. Could this bug please get fixed?

yeah, something like that happend to me.

today I was trying to change the game to the oldest version (Minecraft PS4 Edition) and when i came back to the new one, the game put in my account 0 tokens and all my old skins like star wars and anothers they gone, when in reallity I have 490 tokens in my account.

I hope someone in minecraft, can solve this.

I'm a little bit desperate.

I did resolve the problem I simply deleted the application and reinstalled it and I regained my tokens but I have to recreate my character but I got the items I purchased back so its alright
