Arrow into lava causes rapid sideways smoke trail.

Desired result:
Arrow burns in lava and disappears.

Actual result:
Arrow burns for extended time, shooting smoke particles along a seemingly randomly chosen horizontal direction at a rapid pace. Eventually the Arrow does burn out, just not the intended way.
