[MCPE-59724] minecart is stuck on activator rail and moves side to side

when i went to turn on the acvtivator rail then i put the minecart on it and it was stuck moving

side to side and when i got in it kicked me out

That is what activator rails are supposed to do. The rails you're most likely looking for are powered rails.
