[MCPE-59840] Shooting bone meal into grass using dispensers crashes the game.

Go into any minecraft world, set 2 dispensers next to each other facing upwards into grass blocks then add grass blocks around the 2 central blocks. The game will crash. I haven't tested on a dedicated bedrock server but it crashes on both android and Windows 10. I cannot upload a video as it is 95MB (screen recording).

Included screenshot shows that both layouts will cause a crash. I have tried on both Android and Windows 10!
