I have been unable to play for the last few versions as the touch is off. Instead of placing the block where I want, it places it several blocks to the left or right, and at least 1 block above or below. I have reinstalled, cleared cache, ensured all touch settings are good, set them to default, have to packs or worlds in use, etc.
