There is currently no set block update order for any block in the game, sometime repeaters update before pistons, other times, observers update a game tick too late, pistons occasionally are a whole 4 gameticks behind to retract and extend. Redstone in bedrock edition is too random, making Redstone in bedrock edition slower and more prone too bugs, in order to fix this, I suggest to add a set block update order, where, for example, repeaters might update before comparators, or pistons might update before Redstone torches.
