[MCPE-6019] extreme graphical glitch when creating new world or opening a created world

When you go and create new world or open a created world in 0.8.0 beta bulids 2 and 3 it becomes very glitchy meaning you can see through the floor on 95% of your world

oh its server lag happens when theres a poblem loading its normal affects 0.8.1 too
