I'm on minecraft pe Android, so I wanted to put a keyboard and a mouse to play more easily and the problem is that I can't use the right click or the wheels or other button on my mouse. I can only use the left click so to undermine I keep pressing, to pose I press once etc. But to turn the camera I must stay pressing on the left click it removes the practical side of the mouse and keyboard.

We're tracking this issue as MCPE-9815, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
That ticket has already been resolved as working as intended, which means this is not considered a bug. Please do not leave a comment on the linked ticket.
The mouse functionality on Android is currently set to mimic the touch controls where you have to press (click) to look. Per the developers comments on that report, requests to change the functionality would be considered feedback and can be made at https://feedback.minecraft.net.
