can't create realm but I paid for it

I bought a realm on my nintendo switch ,I paid,but when i want to create my first realm i have a message(i use the french version so let me translate) "The transaction is done but we can't create your realm,we will create it as soon as possible",i've been waiting for a week now and I still can't create my realm.Please refund or repare.
