[MCPE-6055] TNT crash

TNT exploding on fire with Netherrack makes crash.

1. Place a Netherrack.
2. Put a fire on Netherrack.
3. Place a TNT above the fire.
4. Ignite the TNT.
5. Crash.

I was able to duplicate the fire crash with no minecarts nearby as well with build 2. Tnt could be next to or above mine cart, but seemed to have to be over the fire.

The crashes seem to be fixed in build 3, however, there are still some issues with tnt and fire. I submitted a report here https://mojang.atlassian.net/browse/MCPE-6098
