opening a double chest cause graphical glitches

I opened an already glitched double chest and when I closed that and went out into the world chunks of land were missing and the animals were missing parts of their bodies.

What I expected to happen was...:
The land and animals to be normal

What actually happened was...:
The land and animals had graphical glitches

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a double chest
2. Go out into the world
