I haven't logged into Minecraft for a while and when I go into iOS ipad,all my skin packs and custom avatar items are gone,I check on the PC too,and the stuff are also gone.

The way i got it to work:
Delete Minecraft Windows 10
Sign out of Xbox Console Companion + Xbox (Beta - The app that is used for Gamepass on the PC)
Re-install Minecraft Windows 10
Login and sign into your microsoft account
It should now sync correctly.
